Q: Do you provide extra beds for Deluxe rooms?
A: No we do not.
Q: How many showers are there on each floor?
A: We have a total of 4 bathroom units (2 male and 2 female units). Each unit has 4 showers and 4 toilets.
Rooms
Q: What are the different room types you have?
A: We have dormitory rooms and Deluxe rooms (Regular hotel rooms with ensuites).
Q: What is the difference between a Regular Dorm and a Plus Dorm?
A: Both room types are in the same dorm but, a plus dorm has more headspace due to it not being a bunk bed. This is because a Plus Dorm takes up the same amount of space as both the top and bottom bunk, so 2 regular dorms.
Q: What is the Family Room/6 Capsule room with private bathroom
A: It is a room, containing 6 capsules, a small sitting area and an ensuite bathroom. This unit is keycard locked, and is perfect for groups of friends.
Q: What is the quad room?
A: It is a small unit, consisting of 4 capsules, perfect for groups of friends looking to stay together, but with a bit more privacy from each other. This unit will utilize a common bathroom. Note that this unit does not have keycard locked doors, but is able to be locked from the inside only.
Q: How many people are allowed to stay in the Deluxe room?
A: Only two people are allowed to stay in the Deluxe room.
Check-In/Check-Out
Q: I will be arriving after 8pm, will you be able to accommodate my check-in?
A: We are able to accommodate check-ins 24/7.
Q: Am I able to check-in before 2pm?
A: No, we do not process early check-ins.
Q: Am I able to check-out after 12pm?
A: No, if you would like to stay past 12pm, you will need to pay for another night (depending on availability).
Bag Storage
Q: Am I able to store my bags?
A: Yes, we have baggage storage.
Q: Am I able to store my bags for an extended period of time?
A: Yes, we charge 50฿ every 24 hours (per piece)
Q: Can I order parcels and have them delivered to the hostel?
A: You may order them, however we charge a 50฿ fee for each parcel. Please notify us in advance if you order something, and we will provide you with the details (phone number and address).
Q: Can I order my parcel and have it delivered before I arrive?
A: No, your parcel must arrive and be picked up during your stay.
Booking
Q: I wish to book a room for my family, what is the minimum age my kids could be.
A: For our deluxe and family rooms, the minimum age is 12. For all other rooms the minimum age is 16. Note that if an under 18 is traveling alone they will need a permission slip from their parents.
